This workshop covers various types of costs, which include direct, indirect, variables and fixed costs. Also covered in the workshop are different methods of calculating the cost such as the Activity Based Costing (ABC) and top-down approach. By combining theoretical and hands-on approach, this workshop will provide the knowledge and skills necessary for the healthcare providers to tackle common issues and problem faced when calculating cost.
